My Ugoos AM9 sound keep increasing and decreasing over the last 2 to 3 weeks, getting annoying, I did have 2 updates in the last week or so, not sure if that would cause this issue. Has anyone run into this before?. Firmware version# 2.1.0

Please check with the Bank Manager. If the account pin has been compromised the manager can help secure the accounts and any credit cards etc.

Sorry to hear that. You may want to try to access to your parents bank accounts/stock accounts and setup multifactor authentication so you have access to their accounts (assuming you are the successor trustee). I did that for my wifes dad. He had a substantial amount of money in his bank account and he thought he was broke. I setup Chrome remote access so I could help him nav...

If this has to do with bank accounts and they have an access PIN, then I would be sure to call the bank mgr and lock down the accounts and change pins.
