Yes! It’s hot and kind of humid (not as bad compared to south Houston). Had some time off so took my son to Cedar Hill State Park as a stop on our way to Branson, Mo. The Weber Burger seasoning is pretty good! Simple and easy for tonight.

There was a time, back when I still had my Weber Genesis, say 10 years ago or so, where my burger game WAS STRONG. Then, i started messing with smash burgers, and got a different gasser, etc. etc. and lately, my burger game has been off. Thought I’d compile all my pics and progress. Everyone here was extremely helpful and I want to do another one. I learned a lot and will improve the next ones.

A few weeks ago I picked up a free redhead off FB Marketplace and sunk a few hundred dollars and a bunch of elbow grease into it. It’s one of the most fun projects I’ve done! I still have a few oak slats to finish up for the flip up table and the bottom shelf, but other than that, it’s ready to go… here’s a few before refurb, during refurb, and after refurb pics…
