"The Bug"
This is "The Bug". My dad bought it as a burnt out wreck in 1992 and together we did a cheap resto. Being from Florida it didn't need any welding. After a slow start we finished it in time for my wedding in 1995.
Sadly my dad died in 1997 so i became the owner. I was too sad to use it for a couple of years and even after this, buying a new house and having two kids etc. etc....

Hi All,

Picked up a beauty of a Brazilian a few weeks ago. It's been about 25 years since my last bay, which was a 72.
A few niggling things that I'm sure are either an easy fix or a live-with-it scenario.
Speedo is in MPH, but the odometer is in KM. Just swap it out? (it's only done 17000KM) Speedo is about 20% out at all times. My memory doesn't recall them b...

I have been told it is not too difficult to do - has anyone done it? I have been chatting to N2 engineering but before I buy the late box, arm and strengthening plate, has anyone got any pictures of the conversion?
