Took a corn beef brisket out of freezer to thaw. Used Thirdeyes pastrami rub. Put the rub on after the soak in water- changed it several times- the night before At 7:30AM put it on my Egg at 240*- using B&B Lump with chunks of Apple and Pecan wood.
