Need help setting up the rates4 days

I'm just wondering after setting up my server to 5x5x5x why does the @rates is different to @mi command? It shows different rates like for example the drop for card is 0.05% but on the @mi command it shows higher like 0.30%. Is there any way to get this things fixed (not sure if i used the correct word) or maybe to get this properly set?
