Shop specializes in barefoot shoes

Today I’m putting two of the summer heavyweights face to face: the Vivobarefoot Tracker Ora and the Lems Switchback.

A man has run a marathon in under two hours.

1:59:30.

Forty-two kilometres.

At a pace most of us couldn’t keep up even downhill, with the wind behind us and a dog chasing us...

There are many barefoot sandals.

Loads of them.

Some good.

Others look as if they were made with a chopping board and a clothesline.

I had both models in front of me.

One in each hand.

And the doubt came up, probably the same one you get when you look at the photos.

“Right, but which one should I get?”
