Why would the manufacture recommend this :

When the green signal light is on, unplug the battery input connector.
Charging time: Typical single charging time is about 5.5-6 hours. Never charge for more than 12 hours at a time.

Hello,
I'm selling 50 bicycle batteries
(not easy to disassemble)
With 20 cells per battery
(INR18650-32E Samsung Li-ion)
So there are 1000 18650 cells in total.
I had an accident and the batteries shut down after a year of no use or charging.

But the cells have few cycles; a good number are even new.
