I have a wall clock that has a dial that say "JAPY Fres Beaucourt" on it. It is a Westminster chimes movement. After taking the dial off and looking at both the front and back of the movement, I find no identifying markings on the outside of either plate, except for at the bottom center of the back plate, one can see a "12" on the left and "4" on the right.
