Manchester City of Literature’s Festival of Libraries, the county-wide celebration of Greater Manchester’s 133 libraries, returns between Wednesday 10th – Sunday 14th June 2026.

We were graced with a group of brilliant students from Manchester Metropolitan University at Longsight Library delivering an activity in our children’s library. They were working on a student commissioned project to produce a big textile Zine in the form of a comfy duvet/bedding and reached out to us with their drop in activity.
