I have a cracked screen on my iPhone 17. Apple Care One replaces the phone for $99. I cannot find an answer to the question, “Do they replace the phone with a new phone or a used phone”. My phone is only a few months old. The other option is to replace the screen for $29, however you have to take it in to a dealer for that and I am not near a dealer.
