D16y8 shortblock got destroyed. I was given d15b7 short block to throw in to get my only car back on the road. Issue is the knock sensor. D15b7 has none but the p2p ecu requires it. Can I just extend the wires and mount it elsewhere? I tried searching but all the mini me swap information I find is for obd1 cars with no knock sensor anyway.
