Wittman style tube gear- learn me
Hey guys, I'm hopeful the engineers amongst us here on hba can enlighten me as to the pros and cons of the tube style (torsion? ) spring gear.
Im under the impression Whitman was the inventor and first to use it.
What's the largest size plane that can utilize this type of gear.... is 2 place the max size? Can It handle more? Does it have a negative effect on the motor ...
