Hey all - I’m defo a novice gardener and looking for some advice for a camellia bush that has been happily living in my garden for 10+ years before problems set in approx a year ago.

It’s dying and I don’t know why (I can’t find anything conclusive when searching on-line or looking for photos that give me a proper clue).

I'm now re- reading the books and find them incredibly kind, compassionate, and sad.

The first reading round was mostly for the delight of getting to know the characters and with a slight interest for the plot but mostly for entertainment and a chuckle- he is funny .

I thought it might be useful to share our experience of steps taken against slugs, what's worked and to what extent, and what didn't.

Last September I had a guy cut back the cornus dogwoods in my garden as they were getting too big. I'm a bit concerned at the lack of growth on them at the moment - does this seem normal or have they just had a bit of a shock?
