There is no voltage on the 12 volt terminal lines that enter the fridge outer compartment, so the fridge won't start. I did connect another 12-volt battery to the terminals to verify this is the problem. I'm not able to locate a fuse (inline or otherwise) for the hot side of the 12 volt line.
