Great to see Lorenzo Lab and Linkwitz but where is living voice??

I picked up this preamp for a pittance because it was in horrible condition - absolutely filthy outside, covered in a sticky brown so thick that the light grey buttons had turned brown. It took quite a while to get it clean.

More worryingly, someone had added a twin core wire by drilling a hole in the back and it was clearly connected to the mains vol...

I am looking into building a simple valve/tube preamp. I have experience of building and soldering but not design.

Three line-level inputs would be good, high sound quality is most important. This will be used with SS power amps.

I’ve posted a couple of threads about this player that were very specific and nobody seems to know what I’m looking for or maybe it’s just a bit slow around here. HiFonics Zeus 3200 ZXX-3200.1D switching between green led and protect mode red.
I have no schematics so I am kinda lost as to where to go with this one.
Getting about 126 vdc across the center legs of the large bridge rectifiers on each side.
No dc across speaker terminals.
The +-12 vdc and +-15 vdc transistors never turn on.

Any help would be greatly ...
