I read somewhere that for people that upgraded their Windows 10 to 11 it runs significantly slower after compared to computers that had Windows 11 pre-installed when they got the computer. Anyone else hear this?

So sometimes, when I start the phone, I get a message saying, "System UI not responding, I am given two options, A) close the app or B) wait
What does this mean and what do I need to do? I choose close the app and then the phone turns off and I turn it on again and the message is gone.

I have Windows 10 and ever since Microsoft had me reinstall it to try to resolve something else (and failed) I haven't been able to communicate with my printer (connected by cord) unless the printer is on prior to the computer. How can I fix this so computer can be on first and it still work?

Anyone got any ideas? Their A.I doesn't work either and neither does their Customer Service page. Even the area wher I can log out is gone!
