We have recently installed a Polar 137 ED AUTOTRIM with a Transomat loader and off loader.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing 2 errors viz.

1. Clamp not being activated by foot pedal. When the pedal is depressed, we can hear the motor that operates the clamp running but no action. However, when pressing the buttons to cut, the clamp does oper...

we have a Polar 66 cutter (2001 Model) and it is no longer cutting through the stack of paper. (It will only cut through 1/3 or 1/4 of the stack)
We have a new blade in, hydraulic oil is full, sheer bolt seems intact and need help diagnosing it. No error codes are being display on the screen either.
