Got the above with ~ 165k miles. Thinking about total rehaul, new everything as much as possible, updating safety features to 2026, to be able to keep it another 25 years. Body is in good shape as is interior. Pros? Cons? Dos? Don't? What should definitely be done? This in place of dropping 50k plus on a new car. Thanks

I'm likely going to inherit a 2003 AV later this year or next and will definitely be replacing the baseline stereo (ewww). I'm wondering what advantages there are to a double DIN stereo (MP3 on USB) considering we pretty much all have cell phones and can use that for navigation.
