I sometimes feel symptoms and think I must have been glutened (even if I have no idea where) then I start to feel a bit better and few days later I feel unwell again. How long do other people’s symptoms go on for and is it constant? I find it quite stressful understanding my symptoms! Thanks

There are already several banana bread recipes on this site, but this one is different enough I thought it was worth posting. The gluten standard for food products is something like 20 parts per million so right away a celiac is behind the 8 ball in that gluten is going to be ingested in tiny amounts unless you eat just meat and vegetables.
