Comparing the number of certifications of Schedule SBs (39,928) and MBs (1,027) on forms 5500-SF and 5500 (5500-EZs are not publicly available) filed for 2024 to a listing of Enrolled Actuaries in 2025 reveals that of the 3,543 active Enrolled Actuaries:
