Looking for seedlings for Carpinus turczaninowii. I've seen "coreana" being sold but can't find "turczaninowii" that I'm looking for. Thanks.

I put in this self approach graft this spring and I'm starting to see the branch swell around the nail that I put in to keep it in place. I'm not sure if that is a sign that the tree is just growing or if the graft is ready to be separated.

Any advice on how I can tell or how long I should wait? I'm not in a big hurry to do anything with the tree, but this is my first ...

Seriously, where can I get the right type of mycorrhiza for JWP and JBP? In Europe (I assume the same in the US) I only have mycorrhiza available that grows together with our native pines such as Pinus slyvetrsis and Pinus mugo. I am not sure if I can also use this type of mycorrhiza for Japanese pine species?
