Bought some feeder crickets yesterday and when collecting some to feed my dragon today, I found this on one of the crickets. Is this an injury from the moulting process, or is this potentially a parasite?

Hello. I recently had a test down my my 5 mo th old beardie. It turns out he has pinworms, he has a count of 240 epg. Could someone please tell me if that is an amount I need to worry about,as I have found mixed reviews on different websites. Thank you very much.
