2 weeks ago, I went to appraise a HUD REO mobile home. The agent gave me the HUD lockbox code. Got there, no lock box. No could enter. Today he got back with me with a news the unit was open and that HUD still had not given him a copy of the contract.

Been going back and forth with Tech support and slowly getting familiar with the new UAD. According to Alamode Tech support-Appraisers should be able to clone and start a report later this month. You heard it here first!!
This is good-since this thing would be a MESS without that feature!
