Does anyone know why this appears to be unavailable at a bunch of retailers? It had a UK release date of May 7th but it’s been unavailable for purchase from the likes of Amazon (from their own UK warehouse), Waterstones and Forbidden Planet. Blackwell’s says they have 10+ copies in stock; I’ve never shopped with them so I don’t know how reliable they are, nor do I understand how...
