Hello! In the pre-op portion of my journey and looking for people to connect with that have already had their surgery and can be supportive. I am nervous about the week before surgery, having to go without food. Did this make you sick?

Today 6/4/26, I had my first weight gain since Surgery. I am in the Puree phase. I follow my doctors instructions to the tee. I put 2 lbs from yesterday. 265.3 to 267.2. I am not to concerned by this. I was very inactive yesterday. So what little I did eat. I didnt really burn off. A simple 1/4 mile walk does the trick.
