The Fourth Year Leadership Afternoon provided students with an excellent opportunity to develop essential leadership skills both inside and outside the classroom. Through a series of decision-making challenges, public speaking tasks, and team-building exercises, the event successfully boosted student confidence, sharpened communication, and fostered strong collaboration.

First Year pupils visited Hengistbury Head to see coastal landforms. They saw the power of longshore drift and evidence of coastal retreat. Luckily, the weather was clear enough to allow them to see across the Solent to draw a field sketch of the Isle of Wight’s famous Needles.
